Questions about ongoing support
Is annual reporting included?
Yes, within the scope agreed in the contract. First-year terms apply to new clients joining from September 2026: For new clients starting a subscription from September 2026: a one-off PLN 500 net for the 2026 report, filed in 2027, including reconstruction of 2026 records — also for months before the subscription began. Payable before the report is prepared. This fee covers 2026 only; earlier years are excluded. Subsequent annual reports are included in the subscription within the agreed scope.
Does PLN 500 also cover missing 2026 records?
Yes. It includes reconstruction of 2026 records, including months before the subscription started. We need source documents and data. Years before 2026 are excluded.
How often do I provide data?
Monthly. Provide KPO details before transport, at least one business day in advance. Also tell us about changes in your activities.
Are updates and corrections always included?
They are not automatically part of every package. The contract defines the scope; additional work needs a separate agreement. The stated first-year offer includes reconstruction of 2026 records in the PLN 500 net fee.
What is the notice period?
One month’s notice, effective at the end of the billing period. The contract sets out the detailed terms.
