Do I need to know which service to choose?
No. During a free 15-minute call, we discuss your starting point and next steps. Choose a topic and suggest a time, which we will confirm.
What does the subscription from PLN 150 net per month include?
Records, ongoing support and annual reports within the individually agreed scope. For new clients starting a subscription from September 2026: a one-off PLN 500 net for the 2026 report, filed in 2027, including reconstruction of 2026 records — also for months before the subscription began. Payable before the report is prepared. This fee covers 2026 only; earlier years are excluded. Subsequent annual reports are included in the subscription within the agreed scope.
What do one-off services cost?
Registration: PLN 350 net. Review: PLN 350 net for findings and a report, excluding implementation of corrections. A one-off annual report starts at PLN 1,000 net, depending on scope and records. Applicable government fees are separate.
Does every online shop need BDO registration?
Not always. We check who packs shipments, who places products on the market, where goods come from and whether imports or intra-EU acquisitions are involved. Selling online or using dropshipping alone does not determine the obligation.
What if registration should have happened earlier?
It is worth putting registration and ongoing obligations in order promptly. Any consequences depend on the specific circumstances; we do not promise that penalties will be avoided or reduced.
Can I receive support in English?
Yes. You can choose a call in Polish or English. We work remotely, including with foreign businesses operating on the Polish market.
